- Driving Compliance Excellence: Lead regular controls and reviews, ensuring the effectiveness of our compliance processes.
- Empowering Through Training: Deliver engaging compliance training sessions on key topics such as Whistleblowing, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, and more.
- Strategic Development: Play a crucial role in developing and updating local compliance policies and risk-oriented training materials.
- Communication Maestro: Craft compelling communication campaigns through newsletters, town hall meetings, and site visits.
- Global Collaboration: Coordinate and follow up on compliance meetings, supporting internal audits, and compliance investigations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Prowess: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Social Sciences.
- Proven Expertise: 3 years of hands-on experience in Compliance Management.
- Global Outlook: Willingness to travel to other GCC countries.
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ERP systems and good MS Office skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Sharp analytical skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Certifications: A compliance certificate from a recognized training provider is an added advantage.
- Independent Spirit: A self-starter with an independent and hands-on working style.
